We purchase, rehab, and rent single family homes at reduced rent rates. We recognize the need for more affordable rentals in our targeted housing markets. The tenant selection process is rigorous and based on long term investment standards and tenants are personally evaluated by the owner and property managers.

We employee an experienced and loyal property management team. Our team will oversee the staffing, maintenance, contractors, services, and maintain all aspects of our properties. For our future multi-family unit rentals, we seek to employ live-in property managers.
